The wood of the juniper plant in Tuscan peasant uses has always been used to build the staves of the small barrels in which the vinsanto was matured. The aromatic notes of the plant are transferred into this absolute essence with strong smoky and resinous aspects. An unobtainable extract, decidedly unique, highly persistent for refined perfumeries and fine liqueurs
