Mediterranean symbol of culture for centuries it has represented success and glory. In the kitchen it flavors meats and gives digestive properties to liqueurs. As in the kitchen, it must also be used with care in the distillery: its balsamic note must not prevail over other scents and in general it is never good to exceed its dosage. The fresh botanicals are dried for a few weeks in a ventilated environment and then infused in low alcohol content to maintain the fine and elegant aromas of this essence. Even if its fruits are edible, they are not used in liquor stores because they are too aromatic
