After harvesting the oakmoss is placed in a special maceration process. There is no musk essential oil but only the absolute. There are different types on the market which make them difficult to use in perfumery due to their hardness and poor solubility. Our product is creamy, green to gray in color and very well solubilised in hydroalcoholic mixtures
