The pericarp of certified organic Sicilian oranges is removed by hand from the albedo and the external surface rich in essential oils is sent for the production of this aromatic extract; the manual operation is necessary to limit the bitter components in the absolute essence. The extract obtained has the scent of the fruit and the plant, a new product of Citrus Aurantium from which we obtain: neroli from the flowers, petitgrain from the leaves, essential oil from the fruit and absolute from the peel (flavedo)
